Incentive comp is broken for everyone involved.

It's not a priority issue. It's a systems issue. And it sits right at the intersection of finance, sales, and HR — which means it often gets owned by none of them.

01

Reps don't trust their payouts

End-of-month email chains, disputed numbers, and zero visibility into how the final figure was calculated. Trust erodes quietly — and so does motivation.

02

Ops teams are buried every quarter

Manual spreadsheets, one person who understands the formula, and a process that breaks the moment anything changes. Every month-end is a fire drill.

03

Leaders can't steer with broken plans

Rigid structures, no way to model changes before rollout, and no signal on whether the plan is actually driving the right behavior.

We don't fit your problem into our platform.
We build around it.

Most SPM tools hand you a rigid system and expect you to adapt. We start from the other end: your plan logic, your data, your team structure, and design the right solution from there.

01 — Design

Map your exact structure

We start with your compensation strategy, data reality, and team hierarchy. Rules, exceptions, territories — all of it, before a single line of code.

02 — Automate

Build on what you already have

We work with Power BI, Excel, your CRM, your data warehouse. No forced migrations. No new platforms to manage. Maximum value from existing infrastructure.

03 — Operate & Enable

Hand over. No dependency created.

We build for ownership, not lock-in. Your team runs the system independently, with documentation, training, and support to back it up.

About Falcon Incentives

We started with a
simple observation.

Incentive compensation was supposed to drive performance. Instead, it was draining trust, burying ops teams, and leaving everyone guessing.

The problem hiding in plain sight

Sales reps were spending hours second-guessing their commission statements. Sales ops teams were buried in spreadsheets, stitching together payouts manually every month. And when the numbers finally landed, nobody fully trusted them.

The relationship between a company and its salespeople — built on the promise that hard work gets rewarded — was quietly breaking down. Not from bad intentions, but from broken systems.

Falcon Incentives was built to fix that. We believe that when reps have full visibility into what they've earned and why, they sell with more confidence. When ops teams aren't firefighting at month-end, they can focus on strategy. And when leaders can model and adjust incentive plans in real time, they can actually steer behavior — not just hope for it.

That conviction is what drives everything we build.

Reps don't trust their payouts

Hours lost to manual reconciliation and end-of-month email chains — instead of selling.

Ops teams are buried

Spreadsheets that one person understands, with a process that breaks every time something changes.

Leaders are flying blind

Incentive plans too rigid to adjust, with no way to see if they're actually driving the right behavior.

Our vision and mission

A world where every salesperson trusts their paycheck.

And every company trusts their incentive program to drive the right outcomes.

Make incentive compensation simple, transparent, and powerful.

So sales teams spend their energy selling — not auditing spreadsheets.

One platform. Every part of the process.

01

Transparency at every level

Reps see exactly how their compensation is calculated, in real time. No surprises, no disputes, no lost trust.

02

Time back for ops teams

Automated workflows replace manual reconciliation. What used to take days takes minutes.

03

Plans that actually work

Leaders can model, test, and adjust incentive structures without calling in a consultant or breaking production.

04

A single source of truth

One platform for plan design, calculation, approvals, and payouts — connected to the tools your team already uses.

In plain terms

Incentive compensation sits at the intersection of finance, sales, and HR — which means it often falls through the cracks between all three. Most companies are running plans that are more complex than their tools can handle, on spreadsheets that one person understands, with a process that breaks every time something changes.

We're changing that — starting with the teams who feel the pain most.

Built by someone who's lived every part of this problem.

Tarun Mirchandani
Tarun Mirchandani
Founder and CEO, Falcon Incentives

Tarun spent over a decade inside the incentive compensation world before founding Falcon Incentives. Not as a consultant looking in from the outside, but as the person actually building the models, fixing what broke, and explaining to reps why their payout didn't match their expectation.

He's worked across pharmaceutical sales forces, SPM platform implementations, and complex global comp builds. The pattern he kept seeing was consistent: strong comp design on paper, broken execution underneath.

That's the problem Falcon Incentives exists to solve. He still consults on compensation design and quota methodology for global clients, which means every engagement is informed by what's actually happening on the ground, not just what best practice says should be.

"The design meeting is where comp plans are built. The month-end close is where they're tested."

A strike team in the age of AI. Not a consulting army.

Every Falcon Incentives project runs with a team of three to five people — senior practitioners who have each spent years inside the problems they're solving. No junior analysts learning on your project. No bloated delivery teams with a senior face on the pitch and someone else doing the work. This is a deliberate choice, not a constraint.

Deep expertise on every project

Every person on a Falcon Incentives project adds real domain experience — in compensation design, SPM implementation, data engineering, and operations. They just work.

AI-powered delivery

We use AI-powered development and analytics tools across every engagement — not as a replacement for judgment, but as a force multiplier. Work that used to take weeks takes days.

Senior attention throughout

Small teams communicate better, move faster, and produce better work than large ones. You get senior attention from day one to delivery — not just on the pitch and the kickoff.

Built by people who've lived this problem

We're a small team with deep roots in sales operations, revenue intelligence, and software. We've sat on both sides of the table, as reps waiting on payout emails, and as ops folks dreading end-of-quarter crunch.

We're early. We're building fast. And we're working closely with our customers to make sure every feature we ship solves a real problem.

Customer problems first

Our roadmap comes from the field. We stay close to the people using the product and let their reality shape our priorities.

We're early. And we're proud of it.

We're not going to pretend we have 170 Fortune 500 customers or two decades of history. What we do have is clarity on the problem, genuine conviction about the solution, and a growing group of customers who are giving us the chance to prove it.

Incentive compensation that works the way your sales team actually does.

We design, build, and run custom incentive compensation solutions built around your plan logic, your data, and your team structure. Not a template. Not a platform. Yours.

See our approach

Most comp plans are designed for the average sales org. Yours isn't average.

Every sales organization has its own rules — different territories, custom crediting logic, layered hierarchies, edge cases that never fit neatly into a vendor's template. When you force a complex plan into a rigid system, something breaks. Usually at month-end. Usually in front of your reps.

We start from your plan, not ours.

Design. Build. Run. As much or as little as you need.

Design

We work with your Sales Ops, Finance, and Revenue leadership to map your compensation strategy into a precise, auditable plan. Rules, accelerators, territories, crediting logic, SPIFFs — all documented and modelled before anything is built.

Build

We build the calculation engine to match your exact plan — using the infrastructure you already have. Your data warehouse, CRM, Excel, Power BI. No forced migration, no new platforms to manage.

Run

For teams that want ongoing support, we run the monthly and quarterly comp cycle — reconciliation, exception handling, approvals, and payouts — with full transparency at every step. When you're ready to take it in-house, we hand it over cleanly.

The Process

01

Discovery

We map your existing plan, data sources, and pain points. We interview the people who live with the comp system every day — ops, finance, reps, managers.

02

Design

We produce a detailed comp design document — plan rules, calculation logic, crediting hierarchy, edge case handling. You review and sign off before we write a line of code.

03

Build & Test

We build the solution and run it in parallel with your existing process. Side-by-side validation until the numbers match and the team trusts the output.

04

Handover or Run

Either we hand over a fully documented system your team can operate independently — or we continue running it for you. Your call.

Who this is for

Sales Ops / RevOps

You're running comp on spreadsheets that only one person fully understands. Month-end is a fire drill. Reps dispute numbers constantly. You need a system that's auditable, repeatable, and doesn't break when the plan changes.

Finance / CFO

Payout costs are hard to forecast, reconciliation takes too long, and you have no clean audit trail. You need comp calculations that connect to your financial data and produce numbers you can stand behind.

Sales Leadership / CRO

Your plans aren't driving the behavior you designed them for. You need the ability to model changes, test scenarios, and understand what a plan adjustment actually costs — before you announce it to the field.

Technology & SaaS Life Sciences & Healthcare Financial Services Manufacturing & Industrial Consulting & Services Cyber Security

Tell us what you're working with.

Whether you need a plan redesign, a calculation engine, or someone to run the whole process — we'll tell you honestly what makes sense for your situation.

Your sales ops team shouldn't be running on spreadsheets and manual exports.

We automate the workflows, data pipelines, and reporting processes that keep your revenue engine running — so your ops team spends less time reconciling and more time driving strategy.

See our approach

Manual sales ops work doesn't scale. And it's costing you more than you think.

Every hour your ops team spends pulling data, fixing mismatches, chasing approvals, and building the same report for the fifth time is an hour not spent on the work that actually moves the business. The problem isn't effort — it's the systems underneath.

Most sales orgs already have the tools they need — a CRM, a data warehouse, Power BI or Tableau, maybe Excel. What they're missing is the connective tissue that makes those tools work together automatically. That's what we build.

We automate the workflows your team runs manually every month.

Commission Calculation & Reconciliation

Automated calculation pipelines that pull from your CRM and data sources, apply your plan rules, and produce clean, auditable payout numbers — without manual intervention. Month-end becomes a review, not a rebuild.

CRM & Data Integration

We connect your systems so data flows where it needs to go — automatically and accurately. CRM to data warehouse, payroll to finance, quota system to reporting layer. No more copy-paste, no more version conflicts.

Approval Workflows

Structured, documented approval flows for compensation, exceptions, and adjustments. Every decision tracked, timestamped, and auditable. No more email chains trying to reconstruct who approved what.

Report Delivery to Field Teams

Automated distribution of payout statements, quota reports, and performance dashboards directly to reps and managers — segmented by hierarchy, role-based access, delivered on schedule.

BI & Dashboard Automation

We build and automate reporting in Power BI, Tableau, or the tools you already use — so leadership gets the visibility they need without ops manually refreshing a file every Monday morning.

The Process

01

Map

We document your current state — every manual step, every data source, every handoff point. We find the bottlenecks and prioritize what to automate first for maximum impact.

02

Design

We design the automated workflow, data model, and reporting architecture. You review it before we build anything.

03

Build & Validate

We build on your existing infrastructure — no new platforms, no migrations. We run the automated process in parallel with your current process until the outputs match and the team trusts it.

04

Handover

Full documentation, training, and a clean handover so your team owns it. Or we continue running it — your choice.

Who this is for

Sales Ops / RevOps

You're the person who knows exactly which spreadsheet breaks if someone changes a formula. We help you get to a place where the system runs — and you manage exceptions, not exports.

Finance

You need comp numbers that reconcile cleanly to payroll, accruals you can forecast with confidence, and an audit trail that holds up. We connect the sales ops world to your financial systems so the numbers agree the first time.

IT / Data Engineering

You've been asked to build something for Sales Ops but the comp logic is more complex than anyone told you. We bring the domain expertise so you don't have to learn incentive comp from scratch.

Case Study

OMPV — Auto Accessories Distribution

Mumbai, Maharashtra  ·  Built in under 2 months
500 dealers  ·  3,500+ SKUs  ·  Custom pricing

OMPV distributes auto accessories across Maharashtra and neighbouring states — 300+ car models, 12 to 15 accessories per model plus colour variants, totalling over 3,500 SKUs. Each of their 500+ dealers has custom pricing for each product variant based on their individual sales profile.

We built a fully custom platform connecting every layer of their distribution network. Dealers, sub-dealers, accountants, back-office staff, and admins each get a view tailored exactly to their role. KPIs tracked at dealer level, city level, and geo level. AI integrated into the analytics layer. WhatsApp integration handles order confirmations automatically. Email notifications keep the network informed without manual effort.

OMPV now knows not just who sells the most, but who sells the most profitable products, how fast they move inventory, and what the full breakdown looks like behind every number — every data cut, custom-tailored for each role.

Bad quota-setting destroys more sales performance than bad selling.

We design and build target allocation frameworks that are fair, defensible, and grounded in data — so your reps believe in their numbers and your leaders can actually steer with them.

See our approach

Most quota processes are more political than analytical. Everyone knows it. Nobody says it.

Quotas get set top-down from a revenue target, split by gut feel, adjusted for whoever pushed back hardest in the planning meeting, and handed to reps two weeks before the quarter starts. The rep who got a 40% increase over last year knows it's not realistic. The manager knows it too. And by Q2, the plan is already broken.

Bad quota design doesn't just hurt attainment. It erodes trust, drives attrition, and makes your comp plan irrelevant — because no one believes the targets are fair. We fix the process that produces the quotas, not just the quotas themselves.

From revenue target to rep-level quota — built on data, not negotiation.

Top-Down Quota Setting & Cascading

We take your revenue targets and build a structured, defensible allocation methodology — cascading from company to region to team to rep. Every level gets a number that adds up, makes sense, and can be explained.

Territory Design & Carving

We analyse account distribution and market potential to ensure territories are balanced — not just by headcount, but by opportunity. Equivalent experience should carry equivalent opportunity.

Account Segmentation

We segment your account base by size, potential, industry, and buying signals so quotas reflect real opportunity — not just last year's revenue plus a percentage.

Quota Modelling & Scenario Planning

Before quotas are published, we model the impact. What happens to attainment if we increase targets by 15%? What does the payout cost look like at different performance curves? Decisions made with data, not optimism.

Historical Performance Analysis

We analyse past attainment patterns to identify structural problems — territories chronically over or under target, reps who hit exactly 100% regardless of target level, quota changes that correlate with attrition spikes.

Mid-Year Adjustments

When the business changes — a rep leaves, a territory is split, an account moves — we rebuild the allocation cleanly. No ad hoc adjustments that break the model.

The Process

01

Analyse

We start with your historical data — attainment distributions, territory performance, account movement, rep tenure. We identify where the current allocation is breaking down and why.

02

Design the Methodology

We build the allocation framework — the rules, weights, and adjustments that translate your revenue target into rep-level quotas. You review and approve before we apply it.

03

Model & Validate

We run the model and show you the output — attainment projections, payout cost at different performance levels, territory balance. We refine until the numbers make sense to everyone in the room.

04

Publish & Document

We produce the final quota file, supporting documentation, and audit trail. Everything is explainable — to reps, to managers, to the board.

05

Adjust When Needed

For ongoing engagements, we handle mid-year changes cleanly — territory splits, role changes, new hires — without breaking the model.

Who this is for

Sales Leadership / CRO

You need targets that are ambitious but believable — high enough to hit the number, fair enough that your best reps don't start updating their LinkedIn in February.

Sales Ops / RevOps

You're the one who builds the quota model and still gets blamed when the numbers feel wrong. We bring the analytical framework so the process is repeatable, auditable, and doesn't depend on one person's spreadsheet.

Finance / CFO

You need quota totals that roll up to the revenue plan, payout models that don't blow the comp budget, and a process that produces numbers before the fiscal year starts.

Technology & SaaS  ·  Life Sciences & Healthcare  ·  Financial Services  ·  Manufacturing & Industrial  ·  Consulting & Services  ·  Cyber Security

Tell us how you set quotas today.

Whether you're heading into annual planning or dealing with a mid-year mess, we'll tell you honestly what it takes to get to a process that works.

Training doesn't fix a structural problem. Most sales effectiveness issues are actually design problems.

We diagnose what's actually holding your sales org back — territory design, coverage model, org structure, account segmentation, rep productivity — and help you fix it at whatever depth the situation requires.

See our approach

When performance dips, most organizations look at the wrong thing first.

The instinct is to add training, hire a new sales coach, or replace the bottom performers. Sometimes that's right. But more often, the root cause is structural — a coverage model that leaves your best accounts under-served, territories not balanced by opportunity, or an org design that creates ambiguity rather than accountability.

You can't coach your way out of a design problem. You have to fix the design.

From surface symptoms to structural fixes.

Territory & Coverage Model Review

We analyse whether your coverage model is aligned to market opportunity. Are your best reps on your best accounts? Are territories balanced by potential, not just by history? Are there gaps nobody is accountable for?

Rep Productivity Analysis

We identify what separates your top performers from the rest — and whether those differences are skill-based or structural. If your best reps succeed despite the process rather than because of it, that's a design problem, not a talent problem.

Sales Org Structure & Role Design

We assess whether your org structure supports the way you actually go to market — whether roles are clearly defined, spans of control make sense, and the structure creates accountability or diffuses it.

Coaching Framework Design

We build the frameworks your managers need to coach consistently and effectively — structured, data-driven conversations grounded in your actual sales metrics and team dynamics.

Account Segmentation

We segment your account base so the right reps are calling on the right accounts, effort is directed where it has the highest return, and coverage decisions are grounded in data rather than convention.

The Process

01

Diagnosis

We assess the current state — structure, coverage, productivity data, account distribution. We identify what's actually driving the performance gap and what isn't.

02

Recommendations

We translate the diagnosis into a concrete, prioritized set of recommendations — sequenced by impact and grounded in what's realistic for your org to implement.

03

Implementation Support

For clients who want us alongside during the change — redesigning the coverage model, restructuring the org — we stay involved through execution.

04

Redesign

For engagements that require a structural rebuild — partial or full depending on scope — we design and implement, then hand over a documented system your team can operate independently.

Who this is for

CRO / VP Sales

You've tried the obvious fixes. Performance is still inconsistent. You need someone to look at the whole system — not just the symptoms — and tell you what's actually broken.

Sales Ops / RevOps

You have the data. You can see where deals die and where coverage breaks down. But translating that into structural recommendations is outside your mandate. We bring the framework to make sense of what you're seeing.

CEO / COO

The sales motion that got you here isn't working at the next level. The org structure, the coverage model, the segmentation — they were built for a different stage. We help you redesign for where you're going.

Technology & SaaS  ·  Life Sciences & Healthcare  ·  Financial Services  ·  Consulting & Services  ·  Cyber Security

Tell us what the performance problem looks like.

We'll tell you honestly whether it's a structural problem we can help fix — or something else entirely. No sales deck, no pressure.

Your reps are making decisions without the information they need. That's not their fault — it's a systems gap.

We build field reporting systems that put the right information in front of the right people — quota progress, payout statements, territory performance, KPIs — accessible on any device, in real time, with role-based access built in.

See our approach

Most field teams are working blind. The data exists — it just never reaches them.

Your CRM has the pipeline data. Your finance system has the payout numbers. Your ops team has the quota files. But none of it reaches the rep in a form they can actually use — on their phone, before a customer call, without having to email someone and wait two days.

Reps make decisions based on what they can see. If they can't see their quota progress, they guess. If they can't see their commission balance, they dispute it. We close that gap.

The right information. The right person. The right moment.

Quota & Attainment Reporting

Reps and managers see quota progress in real time — by period, by product, by hierarchy level. No more "where do I stand?" emails. No more waiting for month-end reports that arrive after the quarter is already decided.

Payout & Commission Statements

Reps see exactly what they've earned, how it was calculated, and what's pending — with full drill-down into line items. Disputes drop because the numbers are visible and explainable before anyone asks.

Plan Document Delivery & Acceptance

Comp plans, quota letters, and policy documents delivered digitally — with tracked acknowledgement so you know who has read and accepted what. No more chasing signatures.

Territory & Account Performance Dashboards

Reps and managers see territory coverage, account activity, and performance trends — built for the field, not for the boardroom.

KPI & Scorecard Reporting

Custom KPI dashboards for managers and leaders — attainment trends, payout forecasts, team performance distribution — so they can coach on data, not instinct.

Role-Based Access & Hierarchy

Every person sees exactly what they need to see. Rep sees their own data. Manager sees their team. Director sees the region. Built on your org hierarchy, maintained as your org changes.

For teams ready to go beyond dashboards.

Reporting tells you what happened. AI helps you understand what it means and what to do next. For clients who want to go further, we integrate AI capabilities directly into the reporting layer.

AI-Powered Insights & Recommendations

Dashboards that surface what matters automatically — which reps are at risk of missing quota, which territories are underperforming, where managers should focus this week.

Natural Language Querying

Reps and managers ask questions in plain language and get answers instantly — without building a new report or emailing ops. "What's my commission if I close this deal?" Answered in seconds.

Anomaly Detection

The system flags unusual patterns automatically — a rep whose attainment suddenly drops, a payout that looks out of range. Exceptions surface before they become problems.

Automated Narrative Summaries

Performance data translated into plain-language summaries for manager briefings and leadership reviews — automatically, without someone writing it manually every cycle.

AI integration is an optional add-on. We integrate with leading AI platforms — including OpenAI, Google Gemini, and Anthropic Claude — selecting the right model based on your infrastructure.

The Process

01

Map

We document what data exists, where it lives, and what each role actually needs to see. We identify the gaps between what's available and what's being used.

02

Design

We design the reporting structure, access hierarchy, and delivery mechanism — built around your org, your data sources, and the devices your field team actually uses.

03

Build & Integrate

We connect your data sources — CRM, comp system, quota files, HR data — and build the reporting layer. Using Power BI or custom-built solutions depending on your infrastructure.

04

Deploy & Train

We roll out to the field with documentation and training — for reps, managers, and admins. Built to be operated by your team without ongoing vendor dependency.

Maintain & Evolve

As your org changes — new territories, new plans, new roles — we keep the system current. Or we hand it over clean so your team can maintain it independently.

Who this is for

Sales Ops / RevOps

You're fielding rep questions about quota and commission every month. A field reporting system doesn't just give reps visibility — it gives your ops team their time back.

Sales Leadership

You need your managers coaching on data, not gut feel. And you need visibility into how your team is tracking — without building a new report every time someone asks.

Finance

You need reps to receive, read, and acknowledge their comp plans with a documented audit trail. And payout statements accurate enough that reps don't dispute them after they've been processed.

Sales Reps

You should be able to see your quota, your commission balance, and your territory performance without asking anyone. It's your compensation. You've earned the right to see it.

We'll tell you honestly what it takes to close the gap — and whether Falcon Incentives is the right fit.

The factory floor generates more data than any system in your business. Almost none of it is used in real time.

We build custom automation and reporting systems that connect your factory floor to your management layer — giving supervisors, plant managers, and leadership the visibility they need to run operations on data, not instinct.

See our approach

Knowing what's happening on your floor shouldn't require waiting until end of shift.

For decades, real-time production monitoring and floor-to-management reporting were only accessible to large manufacturers who could afford dedicated industrial software platforms — platforms that came with seven-figure license fees, multi-year implementations, and consultants who charged by the hour to configure something that still didn't quite fit.

Mid-size manufacturers ran on spreadsheets, whiteboards, and paper shift reports filled in from memory. Modern development tools and AI have changed that equation entirely — making purpose-built systems accessible without a seven-figure software license.

Connecting the factory floor to the people who need to act on it.

Real-Time Line Monitoring

Know what's happening on every line as it happens — output rates, downtime, stoppages, and performance against target. Supervisors see it live. Managers see it rolled up. Leadership sees the trend. No more waiting for someone to compile a report.

Production Output & Performance Reporting

You should know by lunchtime whether your lines are on track to hit today's target — not at end of shift when it's too late to do anything about it. We build reporting that tells you what's happening now, not what happened.

Shift & Attendance Tracking

Automated shift logging and attendance records — connected to your payroll and HR systems. Supervisors spend less time on paperwork and more time on the floor managing their teams.

Floor Supervisor Dashboards

Purpose-built dashboards for supervisors — showing what they need to act on right now. Not a generic report built for the boardroom. A tool built for someone standing on a factory floor with thirty seconds to make a decision.

Quality & Compliance Reporting

Defect tracking and compliance documentation captured digitally at the point of production — not reconstructed from memory at the end of the week. Full audit trail, always current.

Management Reporting & BI

Everything that happens on the floor — aggregated, visualised, and delivered to plant managers and leadership. Daily summaries, weekly trends, cross-site comparisons — automated and accurate.

The missing link between your systems and your factory floor.

Most manufacturers have two worlds that barely talk to each other. Your business system holds the production orders, inventory, and master data. The factory floor is where work actually happens. Between them — spreadsheets, phone calls, and manual data entry that introduces delay and error at every step.

We build the connectivity layer in between — capturing data from the floor in real time, connecting it to your business systems, surfacing it to the right people. No rip-and-replace. No seven-figure platform. Built on modern tools, connected to what you already have.

The Process

01

Understand the Floor

We spend time on site — talking to supervisors, operators, and plant managers. We map the data that exists, the data that's missing, and the decisions people are trying to make with it. We don't design from a conference room.

02

Design the System

We design the data model, the connectivity architecture, and the reporting layer. You review it before we build anything.

03

Build & Integrate

We build on your existing infrastructure — connecting to your business systems and management layer. Custom-built for your operation, not adapted from a generic template.

04

Deploy & Train

We roll out to supervisors and managers with hands-on training. Built to be used by people on a factory floor — simple, fast, and reliable.

05

Maintain & Evolve

As your operations change — new lines, new products, new reporting requirements — we keep the system current. Or we hand it over fully documented so your team can maintain it independently.

Who this is for

Plant Manager / Operations Director

You need to know what's happening on every line without waiting for someone to compile a report. You need to know about a problem when it happens — not an hour later when it's already cost you output.

COO / VP Operations

You're making capacity and scheduling decisions on data that's hours or days old. You need a management layer that reflects reality — across sites, in real time, in a format you can act on.

Shop Floor Supervisors

You shouldn't be spending half your shift on manual paperwork and data entry. You should be on the floor managing your team — with a dashboard that tells you exactly where to focus.

Finance

Production data that connects to your financial systems automatically. Output volumes, shift costs, and quality losses that roll up to the numbers you need for period-end reporting — without a manual reconciliation exercise.

Manufacturing & Industrial — across discrete manufacturing, process industries, and mixed-mode operations

Tell us what your floor can't see today.

We'll tell you honestly what it takes to close the gap — and whether a custom-built solution makes sense for your operation.

Your comp data exists. It just never reaches the people who need it most.

Finance has the payout numbers. Ops has the quota files. HR has the plan documents. But the rep in the field gets a monthly email attachment and a spreadsheet they can't fully trust.

Most SPM platforms have reporting built in. But their dashboards are designed around the platform, not around your org. Configuring them is slow, the output is generic, and they have no real incentive to make it easy for you to see your data outside their ecosystem.

Falcon X is different. Every view, every dashboard, every data point is built around what each stakeholder in your org actually needs to see.

Payout and Quota Reports

Reps see their commission balance, quota attainment, and payout breakdown in real time — with full drill-down into how every number was calculated. No more end-of-month surprises. No more commission disputes that start because no one could see the workings.

Plan Document Delivery and Acceptance

Comp plans, quota letters, and policy documents delivered digitally — with tracked acknowledgement. You know who has read and accepted what. Every document. Every rep. Full audit trail.

Dispute Resolution Workflow

A structured, documented process for raising and resolving compensation disputes — visible to the rep, their manager, and ops. Every dispute tracked, timestamped, and resolved on record.

Manager and Leader Views

Managers see their team's attainment, payout trends, and quota progress. Leaders see the org. Each level of the hierarchy gets the view relevant to them — without seeing what they shouldn't.

Executive Dashboard

CEOs and CFOs get the numbers that matter to them — sales performance, margins, product and regional breakdowns, quota attainment at org level — with the ability to drill down when a number needs explaining.

Role-Based Access and Hierarchy

Access is built around your org structure. Rep, manager, director, VP, executive — each role sees what they need and nothing more. As your org changes, access updates.

Sales Ops Admin and Configuration

Sales Ops gets full control — adding and updating users, managing rosters, configuring approval workflows, and customising views for each role.

Mobile and Desktop

Falcon X works across web and mobile browser. For clients who need it, we build a native iOS and Android app — giving field reps the same visibility on their phone as someone at a desk.

AI-Powered Insights

Anomaly detection, attainment forecasting, natural language querying, and automated performance summaries — built directly into the reporting layer for clients who want to go further.

Connect once. Update automatically.

Falcon X connects to your data however makes sense for your setup. Upload a sales file and watch attainment and payout numbers update instantly across every dashboard. Link directly to your CRM or billing system for real-time data flow. Auto-import from FTP, SharePoint, or Google Drive on a schedule. However your data lives today, Falcon X works with it.

SPM platforms report on their data. Falcon X reports on yours.

Built for your org, not their product

SPM reporting tools are configured from within their product suite. Falcon X has no such constraints — every view is designed from scratch around your hierarchy, your plan rules, and your stakeholders.

Built faster

We use AI-powered development to build and configure Falcon X significantly faster than a traditional SPM reporting implementation. What takes months in a platform configuration cycle takes weeks with us.

Cost effective

No platform licensing. No per-seat fees for a reporting module bolted onto a system you're already paying for. Falcon X is a purpose-built solution at a fraction of the cost of configuring reporting inside an enterprise SPM.

Who it's for

Sales Reps

See your quota, your commission, and how every number was calculated — without asking anyone, waiting for month-end, or decoding a spreadsheet.

Sales Managers

Your team's attainment and payout data in one place — so you can coach on facts, flag issues early, and stop answering the same commission questions every week.

Sales Leaders

Org-wide visibility into performance and payout trends — without pulling a report manually every time someone asks how the quarter is tracking.

Executives

The numbers that matter at the level you need — high-level performance, margins, regional and product breakdowns — with the ability to go granular when a number needs explaining.

Sales Ops

Full control over what every stakeholder sees. You configure the views, manage the users, and run the workflows — without managing infrastructure.

Tell us what your field team can't see today.

We'll show you what Falcon X looks like for an org like yours and tell you honestly whether it's the right fit.

Builder of the Month — SalesComp Edge was recognized by the AI Powered Entrepreneurs community on LinkedIn for its AI-powered compensation diagnostics and local browser data processing.

Most comp plans run for months before anyone realises they're broken.

Attainment looks fine on the surface. But dig one level deeper and the picture changes. Your top performers are earning less than your mid-tier reps. High-volume, low-margin products are being rewarded the same as your most profitable lines. Two regions are hitting 110% while three others are stuck at 60% and nobody is sure why.

By the time these patterns surface in a QBR, you've already paid out a quarter on a plan that wasn't working. SalesComp Edge finds these issues before they cost you — and tells you exactly what to fix.

Attainment Distribution Analysis

How is attainment spread across your sales org? Are too many reps clustering just above or just below quota? Is the distribution what a well-designed plan should produce, or is it signalling a structural problem?

Payout Distribution, Budget Utilization and Cost of Sales

Who is getting paid what, and does it make sense relative to what they're selling? Maps payout against performance, tracks budget utilization, and surfaces your true cost of sales.

Sales vs. Payout Correlation

Are you paying for the right things? If high-volume, low-margin products are driving the same payout as high-margin strategic products, your plan is working against your business.

Performance Tracking — Planned vs. Actual

Side-by-side comparison of planned versus actual performance across sales, incentive, and cost metrics. See exactly where the plan assumed one thing and reality delivered another.

Leaderboard, Rankings and Rank Changes

Who is rising, who is falling, and who has been suspiciously static for three quarters? Rank movement analysis flags outliers and identifies reps whose trajectory doesn't match their activity.

Hierarchy-Based Analysis

Attainment and payout analysis across up to five levels of custom hierarchy — from individual rep to regional leader. Includes time-aware analysis so you can track how performance shifts across periods.

Pay Mix Analysis

Is your split between base and variable actually driving the behavior you want? Analyses whether your pay mix is aligned to your sales motion and flags where it isn't.

Outlier and Correlation Detection

Reps who consistently hit exactly 100%. Territories that always overperform regardless of who's in them. Products that drive revenue but not profit. Patterns that hide in aggregate numbers and only become visible when you cut the data the right way.

Interactive Visualization

Every diagnostic transforms into dynamic charts, tables, and visual breakdowns — readable by a Sales Leader or CFO, not just an analyst.

Plan Design Flaw Identification

Taken together, the diagnostics point to specific design flaws — accelerator thresholds set at the wrong level, crediting logic that rewards the wrong activity. SalesComp Edge doesn't just show you the data. It tells you what's wrong and why.

Your data never leaves your browser.

This is not a small detail. When you upload comp data into SalesComp Edge, all processing happens locally within your browser. Nothing is sent to Falcon Incentives servers. Nothing is stored externally. The moment you close the session, the data is gone.

For Sales Ops and Finance teams working with sensitive compensation data, this matters. You get the full diagnostic capability without the data privacy risk that comes with uploading payroll and commission data to a third-party platform. The optional AI insights layer runs within the same local processing environment — your data stays yours.

When to use SalesComp Edge

Ahead of annual planning

Before you set next year's quotas and plan design, understand whether this year's plan actually worked. SalesComp Edge gives you the evidence base to make planning decisions on data rather than instinct.

During QBRs

Bring structured diagnostics into your quarterly review instead of surface-level attainment charts. Give Sales Ops and Finance the analysis to answer the questions leadership will ask — before they ask them.

When performance is off track

If attainment is down, disputes are up, or your best reps are leaving, SalesComp Edge tells you whether the plan is the problem — and what specifically needs to change.

Who it's for

Sales Ops / RevOps

You run the comp process and you know something isn't right — but proving it requires analysis you don't have time to build from scratch every quarter. SalesComp Edge gives you the diagnostic infrastructure to surface issues, present them clearly to leadership, and drive plan changes with evidence rather than opinion.

Finance / CFO

You need to know whether your comp spend is producing the right commercial outcomes. Are you paying out proportionally to margin contribution? Is your cost of sales creeping up while your best products are undersold?

Tell us what your last QBR couldn't answer.

We'll show you what SalesComp Edge surfaces for an org like yours and tell you honestly whether it's the right fit.

Quota setting is one of the most consequential processes in your sales org. Most companies run it on email and spreadsheets.

Leadership sets the number. Finance models the cost. Then it goes into a spreadsheet that gets emailed down the hierarchy, edited by managers, and somehow has to reconcile back to the original target by the time it reaches reps.

Nobody knows who changed what. Totals drift. Managers push back through email chains. Reps receive their quota in a PDF two weeks after the year starts. QuotaBridge replaces that process with a structured, controlled, auditable workflow — from organization target to rep quota, with nothing lost in between.

What QuotaBridge does

Top-Down Quota Cascading

Import your Home Office or Organization-level quotas via Excel or CSV. QuotaBridge structures them through your hierarchy — region, team, manager, rep — based on your org design. Whether you run a 3-level mid-tier org with 2 products or a 5-level enterprise with 8 products, shared and unique across teams, QuotaBridge configures to your structure.

Multi-Metric and Multi-Product Quota Setting

Handles multiple products and multiple metrics simultaneously — revenue, units, margin, activity metrics, or any combination. Products and metrics can be shared across all teams or unique to specific ones. Each can have its own guardrail rules, refinement windows, and approval thresholds.

Zero-Sum Reconciliation

As managers refine quotas within their teams, QuotaBridge enforces that the total always reconciles to the number above it. A manager can redistribute quota across their team, but they cannot inflate the total. The numbers always add up — at every level of the hierarchy, automatically.

Approval Workflows

Changes that hit soft limit thresholds, or that require sign-off by design, trigger an approval workflow. Every adjustment that needs review goes to the right person, with full context on what changed and why. No email chains, no offline conversations that nobody can trace later.

Audit Trail on Every Change

Every quota adjustment — who made it, when, what changed, whether it was within limits, whether it was approved — is logged automatically. Full version history on every number. Explainable to reps, to managers, to finance, and to the board.

Communication to Reps

Once quotas are finalised and approved, reps see their numbers in QuotaBridge directly — broken down by product or metric, with the context they need to understand what they're being asked to hit. No PDF email. No spreadsheet attachment.

Manager refinement — with limits you define.

Managers get a structured window to refine quotas within their team — but within boundaries you set. The guardrail system works on two levels, fully configurable by role, hierarchy level, product, and client.

Soft Limit

Warning threshold — change allowed

If a manager's adjustment exceeds this boundary (for example, plus or minus 5%), they see a warning but can still submit. It flags the deviation without blocking the workflow. You set the percentage — it's custom per role, hierarchy, and product.

Hard Limit

Absolute boundary — submission blocked

If the adjustment exceeds this threshold (for example, plus or minus 10%), the system blocks submission. The manager cannot proceed until they bring the change within the allowed range. Fully configurable — you define what "too far" means.

The Process

01

Import Your Quotas

Home Office or Organization-level quotas come into QuotaBridge via Excel or CSV upload. Hierarchy structure, products, and metrics are mapped to your org design.

02

Open the Refinement Window

Managers get access to their team's allocation during the defined refinement period. They adjust within the guardrails you've set. Soft limits warn. Hard limits block. Totals reconcile automatically.

03

Approve and Lock

Changes that require approval move through the workflow. Once approved and the window closes, quotas are locked. No further edits without a formal change process.

04

Communicate to Reps

Final quotas publish to reps automatically — broken down clearly, accessible immediately. Reps see their number the moment it's locked.

05

Adjust When Needed

For mid-year quota changes — territory splits, new hires, role changes — QuotaBridge runs the same controlled process through the same guardrails, approvals, and audit trail.

Who it's for

Sales Ops / RevOps

You own the quota process and you've been running it in a spreadsheet that breaks every time someone edits the wrong cell. QuotaBridge gives you a process that's controlled, auditable, and doesn't depend on you manually reconciling seventeen versions of the same file.

Finance / CFO

You set the number at the top and need confidence that what reaches reps actually adds up to it. QuotaBridge's zero-sum reconciliation means the total never drifts. The audit trail holds up to any level of scrutiny.

Sales Leadership / CRO

You need managers to have flexibility to set fair quotas for their teams — but within a structure that protects the overall number. QuotaBridge gives managers autonomy within guardrails, so refinement feels collaborative without putting the total at risk.

Sales Managers

You get a structured window to adjust quotas for your team based on what you know about each rep. You work within defined limits, but within those limits, the decisions are yours.

Tell us how your quota process works today.

We'll show you what QuotaBridge looks like for an org like yours and tell you honestly whether it's the right fit.

Build the future of incentive compensation with us.

Falcon Incentives is a small, senior team working at the intersection of compensation design, data engineering, and AI-powered delivery. We move fast, work on complex problems, and hold ourselves to a high standard.

T-shaped. Curious. Hands-on.

We look for people with broad knowledge across the sales performance management discipline and genuine depth in one or two areas. People who are comfortable with ambiguity, energized by complex problems, and committed to doing work that actually holds up in the field.

Compensation Design and Modeling

Plan design, quota methodology, accelerator structures, pay mix analysis, and the ability to translate strategy into executable logic.

Sales Operations Consulting

Process design, cross-functional stakeholder management, comp operations, and the ability to work across finance, sales, and HR simultaneously.

Product and Software Development

Building tools and platforms that solve real business problems — from automation scripts to full-stack applications. AI-augmented development experience is a strong plus.

Analytics and BI

Turning raw comp and sales data into insight — Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Excel modeling. The ability to make complex data readable for non-technical stakeholders.

SPM Implementation

Configuration and delivery experience on platforms like Optymyze, Xactly, SAP Commissions, Varicent, or Salesforce Spiff.

Domain Breadth

We value people who have worked across industries and org types — not just one vertical. The pattern recognition that comes from seeing the same problem solved differently in different contexts is rare and valuable here.

What it's like to work here.

We run small project teams of three to five people. Every person is expected to contribute at a senior level from day one — there's no hierarchy to hide behind. We use AI across our work as a standard practice, not an experiment. We communicate directly, hold each other accountable, and take quality seriously.

We're early stage, which means the work is varied, the problems are real, and the decisions you make actually matter. If you want a defined role with a clear lane, this probably isn't the right fit. If you want to build something meaningful in a discipline that's being transformed by AI, keep reading.

Remote-friendly Small senior teams AI-first workflows High ownership Real client impact Early stage

Current openings

No open roles right now.

We're not actively hiring at the moment, but we're always interested in hearing from strong practitioners in compensation design, sales ops, and software development. If that's you, send us a note.
